HAPPY 2018 EVERYONE! WE WISH YOU A VERY HAPPY, SAFE AND HEALTHY 2018, FILLED WITH MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES!
WHAT’S NEW??
ENCHANTED TALES (OUR NEW LENDING LIBRARY) IS NOW OPEN, WITH SOME CHANGES COMING THE MONTH OF JANUARY. THE LENDING LIBRARY IS OPEN TO ALL FAMILIES OF ENCHANTED CARE LEARNING CENTER AND KIDS CAMPUS. THE PURPOSE OF OUR LIBRARY IS TO BE ABLE TO BORROW AND READ BOOKS AND RETURN THEM FOR NEW ONES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THIS IS ALL DONE ON THE “HONOR SYSTEM”. WE ARE ALSO ACCEPTING BOOKS, MAGAZINES, CD’S, COOKBOOKS OR COOKING MAGAZINES, ETC. . . ANY TIME THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO PUT IN THE LIBRARY. YOU CAN ALSO STOP IN FOR A STORY OR TWO WITH YOUR CHILD DURING PICK UP TIME.
REMINDERS:
*Cubbies: Please try and keep your children’s cubbies clear of any unnecessary items. Since we are in the time of heavy coats, gloves and mittens, the cubbies can get quite crowded. Check your child’s cubby for any papers going home, each night at pick up. Please check your child’s cubby box for any replacement clothing needed and replenish his/her box the next day. Remember, unfortunately we do not have extra clothing available should a child need it.
*Colder weather means dressing warmer. Please dress your child appropriately for the weather. The playgrounds will be finished by mid-January and we will be getting outside during both morning and afternoon large muscle time. This means winter coats, hats and gloves. Let’s keep them warm and cozy!
*Parking Lot Safety: Please use caution driving through the parking lot. Do NOT leave children unattended in the car or outside of your vehicle. Please do not leave your car running while you are inside the building. Make sure that your child is with you inside and outside and not running out the doors. Keeping our children safe is our priority!
*IPAD Use: Please DO NOT let your children log in and out on the IPAD, even if your child is older. The IPADS need to be used by adults only. Please make sure that when you are logging your child out, you are logging YOUR child out and not someone else’s. Your child’s picture will come up on the screen. Also, please make sure that you are logging your child out of the lobby, ON YOUR WAY OUT OF THE BUILDING. Some children are being checked out when a parent enters the lobby and this pulls your child out of the classroom before a teacher sees an adult. Safety, safety, safety!
*Late Pick Up Fees: Our building closes at 6:00 PM. Any family that is in the building after 6:00 Pm will be charged a late pick up fee of $1.00 per minute, per child.
*Tuition Due-Monday, January 1st, 15th and 29th. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed to all payments made after Wednesday of the tuition cycle.
CLOSINGS:
Closed: Monday, January 1st for New Year’s Day! Happy New Year Everyone!
Winter Weather Closings: We will only close if Delaware County is at a Level 3 emergency.
