Our Teachers

Enchanted Care teachers are caring, dedicated and well-trained.

Our teachers are carefully screened, and dedicated to developing lifelong learners. Many have at least an undergraduate degree in child development or education. They genuinely care about children, and understand a child's individual developmental needs and learning style. They take the time to help each child discover, in his or her own way, a fascinating world of play and learning.

Learning Resource Center

To ensure we're providing our staff with the support they need to continue learning and communicating effectively with our parents, we have a designated resource center for staff development, training, curriculum planning, and teacher/parent conferences.

To make sure that our teachers continually perform at the highest level and are current in the latest techniques, we sponsor professional development days and work with internal and external trainers and consultants.
